Non-Refundable Situations

Return Policy
Due to our international fulfillment system, we do not accept physical returns. If there's an issue with your order, we’ll resolve it through a refund or replacement.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
After that, your order is sent to our warehouse for processing and cannot be modified or canceled.
